The application offers a selection of recommended exercises that users can perform while sitting, standing, or walking. Users have the ability to monitor their daily exercise routines and track any developments in their vertigo symptoms over time. Following each exercise session, users can evaluate their balance, enabling them to keep a record of their progress.
Instructions: Users can either hold the device in front of them or have another individual hold it for them during exercise. Clear, detailed instructions for each exercise are provided to ensure effective performance (e.g., maintaining a still head and moving eyes only).
